Awana Ceremony

Tonight is our last night of Awana for the year, and a end of chapter for Bella. The time has come where she is to old for awana and she needs to move up to the middle school church program. She loved it, and I wish we would have signed her up earlier for this fun program. You can start attending this at age 3. She is really good at memorizing bible verses and looks forward to that nights activity each week.
Tonight was the closing ceremony and it's where they hand out trophies and ribbons for the kids. If you finish your whole book you receive a trophy. Bella has been working really hard to finish because she won't get another chance next year to finish it, and receive the trophy if she didn't do it by tonight. She had to memorize three very long verses before the ceremony started. I am so proud of her dedication!

I hope they look back at this program and are so glad they took the time to memorize and learn more about the Bible.
