Fortune Cookie Anyone?

So tonight i thought it would be fun to bring the Chinese restaurant to our house. Plus it's way healthier!  Scott made sesame chicken with jasmine rice this weekend. Now if you know Scott he loves to make way to much rice.
So problem solved. Foodgawker. I just love this site, i recommend it to everyone.  Duh pork fried rice. I found a great recipe from the Chef Wanabe. It was so good. But i didn't have peanut oil so i used coconut oil and smig of sesame oil. Totally recommend it, coming from a girl who really doesn't love fried rice.
And every time i go to the restaurant i get egg drop soup. I have made this soup from this blog many times. cheap healthy good . Super easy and tasty.
  And Chinese night isn't there till you have cream cheese wontons. Easy enough to make yourself. Take a spoonful of light cream cheese and place it in the center of a wonton square and use a egg wash on all the corner and place each corner together and place in the fryer.  And dinner was finished up with fortune cookies!  Now that's what you call fabulous dinner.
