Young Living Bergamot

Today's oil that i want to share with you is a oil i truly love. The smell is fantastic at uplifting and it has so many properties to it that i am always reaching for it.

BERGAMOT

This is a citrus oil scent.  If your like me you want to know what it smells like, which is hard when your ordering oils online you don't really fully know what it is going to smell like. I then have to say i need this oil because i want it to do this job and need to look past the smell.

This oils properties are a long list- anti fungal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, digestive, and up lifting.
Can you see why i am reaching for it all the time!

Here is a few ways to you might need to use this oil

• Cold Sores- apply directly to your cold sore
• insomnia- helps to shut down your racing thoughts and relax enough to sleep
• skin conditions- such as oily face, acne, and even eczema.  apply directly to area to balance skin.
• Aids in Digestion- helps stimulate digestion juices- apply directly to stomach to relieve constipation 
• Anti-depressant - helps stimulate your dopamine and serotonin and make you feel relaxed
• congestion- helps relieve congestion and respiratory problems. rub on chest or inhale

I made a eczema oil blend for Henry that is made up of 6 drops of Lavender, 6 drops Bergamont, 4 Drops of Rosemary oil and topped of with Carrier oil and i put it in a small glass spray bottle. Apply it twice a day to relieve the pain and itching that comes with eczema.

also this oil is in my anxiety blend

I also have a roller bottle for sore throats. It's seems like with kids that is a common issue and they can apply it to themselves when they need it.

• 3 drops bergamot
• 3 drops thieves
• 3 drops oregano
• 2 drops of lavender
• 3 drops of eucalyptus

fill the bottle and then top with a carrier oil. And label the bottle otherwise you will forget later and hope you grabbed the right bottle.
