3 Month Update
Yep... Henry is 3 months already
He is such a joyful lil boy.... He loves to be talked to and really loves when I pull out my phone to take his daily photo. He sure knows how to smile for the camera :) I'm still working on that with Kate, the camera and her are not best friends!
He is sleeping really good at night still, usually around 4 1/2 hours the first stretch and then i feed him and he goes back to bed for a least 2 to 2 1/2 hours and then i feed him again and back to bed til about 8:30. Oh yeah we have become the family that sleeps in late now! Yippie! And then he feeds again and usually goes back to down for a nap around 9:30 and around 12:30 and 3:00. I want to keep him in a good nap routine so he continues it. My girls were not the best nappers and i want him to be one. Consistency i hope will be the key!
He is able to grab a hold of some stuff. He likes to hold my chew bead necklace and stick it in his mouth, and we also have a nubby teething toy he likes also. And really enjoys his blankie from Aden & Anais, it's a gauze blanket. He holds it and rubs his face with it. What ever makes him happy! He also has figured out how to stick his thumb in his mouth and chomp on it this past week. He's no pro at it yet,but at least he is able to sooth himself.
He also really enjoys sitting upright. I place him on the couch and he sits there and looks around and makes cooing noises for a long time. It's cute! He really loves my blanket on the back of the couch he can sit there and talk to it all day if he had the choice.
Henry really loves bath time... He smiles and cooes and is even starting to dip his hands in the water now. Soon we will be having a splash zone going on in the bathroom just like his sisters!
He is still refusing to take a bottle, so we stick together all day & night long! He also prefers to be called "Handsome Henry"
