So i finally got around to trying my hand at pizza cooked on the grill. And of course i got the advice and recipe off of foodgawker, the best place to find new recipes and food blogs. We made the dough and left it outside to rise and biked to the grocery store. Scott bought me a basket for my bike, so we went to get pizza sauce and of course we filled the basket while in the store. Got home and began rolling the dough. Let me tell you, organization and all the ingredient need to be ready it takes less then ten minutes to cook your pizza. It was Delicious and the crust was fabulous. So doing this again, i want my chicken and veggies next time.
