Henry Turned 2

I'm going to say this once in this post.... I can't believe my baby turned 2........ EEEKKKK this year went way faster then the last year.... I miss my sweet (not that he's not sweet still) baby where i can rock him and baby wear him and the smell of his sweet baby smelling head.  He has grown up so fast and has learned so many new things this past year.

His words sure have developed recently and is ablity to repeat many words you are saying. This is the time where you really have to watch what your saying because they just may pick up on words you don't care for them to say!!!!  He also is at the age of having a opinion.  Which sure test my patience while he is figuring it out.  For example- he decides if he wants to wear clothes around the house or not, if he wants to go outside or stay inside, how we play cars, which books are his favorite that day, and so on.

He also has taken climbing on new dangerous things to a whole new level. This boy can scale a wall in 2 seconds flat.  No joke!  He also loves to play with his sisters and get them involved in his fun little play.

But most of all he loves his cars, trucks, tractors, bikes, motorcycles, buses, trains, and anything that can make sounds and has wheels. As i was telling my play group moms he is all boy.... They laughed because it's true.

Henry loves to sing songs and do the actions of the classic children's songs. He has a great gift of dancing and singing which makes for fun dance parties in our living room.

We celebrated his birthday with our family by going to Snuffy's Malt shop and visiting Choo Choo Bob's store to pick out his birthday present. We got the Thomas battery operated train for his train table and bob's shirt. He has planned non stop with the train and has refused to remove his train shirt for 2 days.-like i said opinion!

We also had a small get together with at Grandma Bette's house on a friday evening with my siblings, and Scott's parents and sister.  A little party with  pizza and some gluten free cupcakes then a lot of us headed over to the school for the wizard of oz play. I am so glad we were able to all get together because it's hard with everyones schedules. Henry felt loved and special and I'm so glad to be able to watch him grow at this young age.
