stepping it up!
Scott and I both decided it was time we started a food journal to track what we eat because we are both at a plateau. So of course who like to write you food down on a piece of paper anymore when you have websites that can do it for you. Its kinda nice it figures your food and exercise plus water and vitamin intake. Kinda frustrated with myself and not making it to the gym all week, we are always running as soon as i get home and then it's bed time for the girls and I'm right behind them. At least i have a very active job so i do get movement in the day!
