Christmas Fun!

So after a long Christmas eve day all i wanted to do was sleep in. And we did just that!  Bella woke up around 9 am ran out of her room took a quick look at the living room to see what Santa brought and the 3 mystery presents that were not there the day before, then she came and woke us up.  She was so excited.  Then she ran to wake up Kate! They headed off  to see what was in there stockings.

They were two excited little girls!  After opening there presents we had to force them to sit and eat there breakfast. Talk about a challenge. But there were still 3 presents that they were not allowed to open till there Uncle Shaun and Colie arrived.  And let me tell you there were so excited they were pleading and giving puppy eyes and trying everything to convince me to let them open it.  But i wasn't budging!

So they opened all the boxes of the stuff they got and and played with they toys for awhile till they arrived.

I laid on the couch and took a snooze.  The day before we were up in Mora for brunch around 9:30 at Sherri & Al's. We all got to hang out and visit for most of the day.  And of course they do what they do best....... play the guitar and sing there hearts out!  I so need to work on that.  5 guitars and 2 singers, and the harmonica player. It was loud to say the least.

Then we all headed off to Hinckley to have Christmas with Sherri's Siblings late afternoon.  We had a lot of fun. We had a ugly sweater contest, sang 'round of 12 days of Christmas, and did a little white elephant exchange.  But we so left later then Scott and I planned. We rolled into Blaine around 11 pm, and then it was quick wrap the presents from Shaun, unload the car, feed the dog, and do a little Santa delivery, and jump into bed.

Shuan & Colie arrived and they asking to open the presents right away.  I do believe the adults were just as excited as the girls. So Kate started the first present opening!

Then it was time for Bella to open the giant box! Which she thought might have a kitty inside....

But no... It was a electric dirt bike... And a very cute pink skull helmet, riding gloves, and goggles. Safety First!

I think they are a part of a biker gang! Two cute girls that love 2 wheels!
Kate got a bike that teaches her how to balance.  And she was just a scooting around the house with it.
I'm so glad we didnt get the white Christmas. Otherwise she wouldnt be able to ride this to spring. She did so good on it. It's ment for a kid around the age 8 or older. But no my 5 year old hops on it and rides like a pro .

She looked like she was having fun so i thought i better try it too!
And Uncle Shaun better check to make sure it was safe.......
Over all Christmas was so much fun! We were able to see all of our family and enjoy each other company.  And I'm excited to start the New Year to see what this coming year has in store for our family.  I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas as much as we did.
These dresses were made by there grandma and they also have matching dresses for the dolls. This would've been a cute picture for our Christmas cards. Sorry I didn't make or send any Christmas Cards this year, just in case you were wondering why you didn't get any!
