To Etsy or not to?

I would love to make a little money to help out with the bills, but I don't want to go back to work. So I was considering opening up a etsy store. That way I can do what i enjoy and still make money. But since i have never done this before I am very nervous. I'm not a pro at photography so I'm worried the pictures wont sell the item, and I'm concern that my quality and cuteness isn't as good as others.

Well I would love your input and suggestions on the whole idea. It would really help me figure this out!
