Summer is coming to a end
It's hard to believe that this season is coming to a end already. The kids are preparing to go back to school we are getting the summer wish list of activities that they want to do before it's to cold to do them. Blah i hate cold weather. i love the look of fall but i really dislike winter.
This year i got myself budgeted to go back to school shopping for clothes and supplies early this year. Last year i waited to last minute and it sucked. Nothing left and so i took the girls clothes shopping early and put what they picked away in my closet so they couldn't wear it before the first day. I also went solo to target to get there school supplies that was so much nicer and calmer. Yay.. I am thinking that may be a new thing i do yearly!
Kate has requested a day of mini golf at goonie golf by our house and also requested Henry stay at someones house while we go. I understand that and when the rain stops here i would love to go.
Bella is still pondering her wish.... but she is going to wisconsin dells this weekend with her friend.
Henry is going to get used to having me all to himself when the girls go back to school. I am signing us back up for mom ad toddler time at ECFE which i am as excited as he. He points at the school every time we drive by and i miss seeing my friends weekly.
Scott is trying to plan out a little road trip adventure before school returns but i feel its too late to go anywhere because hotels are probably full and I'm also not loving the places he is picking. Corn palace, and mount Rushmore. I love the mount Rushmore idea but i feel like going during the summer or not over a busy holiday weekend. I wanted to go north shore. Im not sure where we will end up but we will have a last family adventure before long.
