The Girls Birthday BBQ
This was the first year of both the girls having school friend birthdays. So we decided to do a joined family birthday party. We were so lucky to have a beautiful day to enjoy each others company outdoors for this day!!!!
The weekend was suppose to be Kate's school friend party on Saturday but she was still running a fever so i had to cancel it. Which was such a bummer because we had a fun rainbow unicorn party planned for her and her friends. Hopefully next week we can reschedule it for them to come over and party it up then. Sunday was our family and friend bbq!!!! I think we had about 30 people here to celebrate these young ladies. We grilled some burgers and dogs and had rainbow fruit kabobs. We also had veggie kabobs, yummy bars and chips, and a big ol cake!
The kids played with some liquid sidewalk chalk, went on a scavenger hunt around the yard, and had a squirt gun fight that soaked i think everyone.
Here is some pictures from the afternoon.
