Yes, I am still alive!
Well Henry is 17 days old today and i cant believe he's that old already! I forget how time flies in the beginning with a newborn... With feedings every 2 hours, diaper changes, rocking to sleep, bath times, tending to big sisters, household chores, bills, cleaning, and life! You just have to soak up as much time with him as possible because he's only this small once!
Well all of our trips to the Doctor every other day has come to a end! Yeah!!!!!! She said his jaundice has improved enough not to have to come in every other day. Henry and I are both excited about that. It hard getting to the Dr. that much, plus all the pricks in the foot for Henry. But now we both got thrush.... Boo Hopefully that will clear up soon! As of Friday the 5th he weighs 9 lbs 5 oz's. Yeah, that's my boy!
Henry did his first time of tummy time this past weekend! At first he didn't mind it, but then he wasn't loving it! He found his hands and started sucking on them while having a little melt down.
A friend of ours from church is going to be doing Henry's newborn photo shoot, and sibling photos, plus a family picture for us this weekend! I am so excited to get this done, i think the last family photo was when Kate was a newborn. Yes throw me in the category for bad mom! Scott got home from work early because of bunch of stuff working against them, so i drag him along with me on this clothes finding adventure. He was planning on napping! Ha ha... but we sure could have used a nap after that trip! That's is such a chore to find shirts that go together but not to matchy!
This Morning i brought Henry into Bella's class for show and tell.... They all wanted to meet him! Right after Henry was born each person in the class sent him a card. So cute! Bella got to share what it's like to have a little brother, and what he does. They also got to ask Bella questions about him! Bella's teacher Ms. Lowinske said she just wanted to hold him all day and that I could teach the class. I said I make a better mom then a teacher!

Oh and we stopped by a thrift store while visiting Scott's brother Josh this past weekend, and i found this cute lamp for Henry's room. I want to paint the plane but Scott likes it the way it is. We are for sure changing out the lamp shade!
Well I am off to take a nap {cross your fingers} since the lil man is sleeping!
