Monster Jam

Scott was so excited to take the kids to monster jam, and he was not going to take no for a answer!  It was being held at the new us bank stadium, and we have not been there yet so it was a perfect excuse to go. We had a party of 8 sitting in the nose bleed section but never less we were there! Scott's dad, brother and his girlfriend joined us. Unfortunately we were a bit late due to traffic and 6 billion other people wanting to go too. We ended up parking 10 blocks away and just walking in because every ramp was full.

I have to say that stadium is pretty sweet inside and even the nose bleed section had good seats. It would have been nice being down one section so you could see how high the trucks were jumping off the ground but it was fine. Henry didn't wear his ear protection more then 5 min. I bet if we were down lower he would have!

Henry's favorite monster truck was mohawk warrior and he was there so that made it even more special.Watching your kids faces while they are experiencing something for the first time is so amazing.  There faces light up and the little smirks are worth every penny.  The girls enjoyed it just as much. Monster jam has a app you can use to rate each monster truck run and so Kate really enjoyed doing that activity. And Bella didn't say much but I could tell she enjoyed it!

It was a late night because the show started at 7 and didn't finish up till 9:30. Henry sat well till the last 30 min. and then he was so ready for bed!

Hot wheels, mad scientist, and son of a grave digger sure did a awesome job and did a even better job ripping off there out shells on there trucks. It was fun watching but that job is not for me. Especially when they do a back flip!
